Yeah, my ass. I mean, seriously, who falls for that crap? Oh, wait…I do. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know what word is even stupider than “idiot” but I’m pretty sure it applies to me. I mean, how many times do I have to learn the hard way that there’s no such thing as a free lunch? Or in this case, $2,000 per month with just one article. For sure these writers who claim they’re making bank with just one article per month didn’t start off that way. They probably spent years building their audience and perfecting their craft. But they conveniently leave out that part in their click-bait titles. Now, I’m not saying it’s impossible to make a living as a writer. But let’s not pretend it’s an easy road. It takes hard work, dedication, and a little bit of luck to make it in this business.
