When writers read, they get to enter different worlds and perspectives, and that kind of experience teaches them to think critically and analyze what they're reading. They become patient and observant, which is handy in everyday life. So, if you need someone to listen to your long-winded story, find a writer!

But, let's not forget the magic of writing. Writing is like therapy, but cheaper. It forces us to reflect on ourselves and our place in the world. By jotting down our thoughts and feelings, we can become more self-aware and empathetic. Plus, it's way better than bottling up our emotions and exploding like a shaken soda can.

So, in a nutshell, writers are the real MVPs of reading, listening, critical thinking, and self-reflection. They're the empathetic superheroes that can connect with people on a deeper level. Hats off to all the writers out there!

A little about me:

I'm an adult diagnosed with high-functioning autism and Bipolar II Disorder, though my ASD diagnosis came later than I would have preferred. However, it did clear up some of the confusion that had been following me around for years. On top of this, I am also a partially deaf disabled person who is still trying to figure out where I fit into the world.

Being a neurodivergent means that I often find myself stuck in a limbo between creativity, madness, and total mental flow or mental block, depending on my condition at any given time. There are times when my creativity flows freely, resulting in a constant flow of poetry, ranting spells, and life’s musings on whatever subject catches my attention. here are moments when I struggle to convey my thoughts and feelings effectively, both verbally and in written form, due to a mental block that impedes my ability to express myself. I have found that reading is one of the best ways to overcome my mental blocks and find inspiration for my creative endeavors. To learn more about my journey and personal experiences, you may read about my story here: About Me. Updated : WHO AM I? | by Britt H. | Medium Rosary making has been a source of therapeutic benefits for myself. Through making rosaries, I have improved my dexterity and found a creative and productive outlet that helps manage my mental health. It has given me a sense of pride and purpose to create something beautiful with my own hands. Although my business is currently only available locally online, I am open to discussing personalized orders with anyone interested. Please feel free to contact me at my email, britthew@yahoo.com, to discuss your unique ideas and preferences for a custom rosary. I am also involved in reformatting old texts into PDFs for easier accessibility and translating archaic texts into contemporary language. "Dialog with God: The Confession" is my first modern translation of Saint Augustine's Confessions. I believe that these classic Christian texts offer profound insights and guidance for spiritual growth and self-discovery. I'm a fan of Japanese culture and cuisine, and my lifelong passion has led me to explore various aspects of it, including its delicious food, captivating anime, and minimalist design. I've created Japanese-inspired motifs that can be used to customize items such as wallpapers, furniture, drinkware, and gadget cases. Each piece reflects my deep appreciation for the beauty and elegance of Japanese culture, and I take pride in sharing that appreciation with others through my Society6 store. One of my design The Golden Osaka Geometric Print pays homage to Osaka’s unique blend of traditional and contemporary influences, featuring a striking geometric design in shades of gold that reflect the city’s energy and vibrancy. Whether you're a fellow fan or simply appreciate the unique aesthetic of Japanese art and design, I invite you to explore my collection and add a touch of Japan to your everyday life. Society6
